Re-sanding and re-coating of existing wood floors and stairs

Re-sand:
Re-sanding existing flooring is a huge part of our business. Wood floors are 100-year floors. They will last the lifetime of the home, as long as they are well maintained. We suggest that you re-sand your existing flooring ever 7 -10 years, depending on the traffic in your home. This involves sanding all the existing finish off and approximately 1/64" of wood, removing scratches and surface stains, bringing new life to the floor.

Re-coat:
Re-coating you floor regularly will postpone re-sands and brighten the floor. This involves lightly buffing and applying 1 coat of finish. Repairing scratches in the finish.

Stairs and Rail Systems:
Stairs and rail-systems are specific to each home. We can refinish and install new stairs and rails. Wood and iron.

Repairs
Floors sometimes need repairs. When you do a re-model you may want to add wood flooring to match the existing. Lace-in's and color matching make it so you would never know where the old and new floor meet. Water damage and deep scratches can also be repaired.
